Terms and conditions

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Some sections of this document are pending completion with Single Fin Surf Hostel’s final conditions and will be published once the owner confirms them.

1. Owner and scope

These conditions apply to bookings of surf lessons, the Surf Camp and the Dive Camp of SINGLE FIN HOSTEL (Tax ID J75455139), with registered address at Calle María del Carmen García, 24, 38631 Las Galletas, Arona (Santa Cruz de Tenerife).

2. Booking process

You can request your booking on WhatsApp, through the form on this website or by contacting us directly. Your booking is confirmed when we confirm the appointment on WhatsApp; until then it is only a request.

3. Prices

Prices are those published on this website at the time of booking. They are in euros and are final prices, taxes included. Each plan includes what is stated in its description.

4. Payment methods

You can pay by card or in cash.

5. Cancellations and changes by the customer

You can cancel your booking or change the date free of charge at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations are not accepted less than 48 hours in advance.

If you have already used any of the booked services, for example a night’s stay, the booking cannot be cancelled.

6. Cancellation due to sea or weather conditions

If we have to cancel an activity, for example because of sea or weather conditions, we will offer you another day. You can also ask for a refund, depending on your case.

7. Minimum age and participation of minors

Group surf lessons, the Surf Camp and the Dive Camp are for people aged 16 and over. Private and semi-private surf lessons are open to any age, including under-16s.

Under-16s need the authorisation of their parent or legal guardian.

8. Requirements to take part

To take part in the activities you must be able to swim and tell us about any health problem before the activity.

For the Advanced Open Water course and the Dive Camp for certified divers you need at least an Open Water certification.

If you do not tell us about a health problem before the activity, responsibility for any problems that may arise lies with the participant.
